Deposit & Loss Limits

- Short-term: 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days.
- Long-term: 6 months or 1 year.
- Permanent: Your account is closed with no option to reopen.
To request self-exclusion, email [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" and the duration you want. The block is applied within 24 hours of your request.
Account Cooling-Off
A cooling-off period is a shorter, softer break — useful if you just need a few days away rather than a full self-exclusion. Available durations are 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days.
During a cooling-off period your account is temporarily suspended. You can still log in to view your balance and transaction history, but deposits and bets are blocked. The period cannot be ended early.

Protecting Minors
If you share a device with children or teenagers, take the following steps to prevent them from accessing r444:
